 Freddi and her pal, Luther return to an underwater world teeming with an assortment of characters, puzzles, music, mystery and of course, loads of fun! And so the story begins It's just your average rock-hoppin day under the sea, or so it may seem, as Freddi and her best friend Luther prepare for another day of school. It's Luther's turn to bring something for show-and-tell, and what better to bring than his favorite toy - a Codfish Commando action figure. However, when Freddi and Luther arrive, they find that a ghost has invaded the schoolhouse and is stealing all of the guppies' toys.
